Pat Williams has been a licensed real estate agent since 1982.  She attended Long Beach State before moving from Southern California to Ukiah in 1983.

Pat has extensive experience in property management, real estate finance, and bookkeeping.  Pat chose to become associated with Realty World Selzer Realty, Inc. in 1995 because of it's professionalism and ability to stay on the cutting edge. She is currently  on the board of directors for the Mendocino County Multiple Listing Service as treasurer.  Pat is a hardworking, detail oriented real estate agent.  In her "spare" time, she has two wonderful children and enough sports and teenager activities to leave you wondering if there is enough time in a 24 hour day.  www.ukiahrealestate.net
